What She Makes Campaign Lead - Maternity Cover

Situated within the International Development Directorate, the What She Makes Lead will:

  • Work alongside partners and communities to actively facilitate and inspire collective action for climate, gender and economic justice.
  • Build, implement, monitor and evaluate our What She Makes Campaign , with support from across the organisation.
  • Drive external engagement with the global Oxfam network, other living wage-focused organisations, and corporate brands.
  • Inspire and mobilise new and existing supporters to get the legislation, policies & practices that contribute to global justice.

Our ideal candidate…

  • You are highly organised, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • You have experience in campaigning, mobilising and/or advocacy, preferably including some private sector influencing experience.
  • Experience in leading campaign strategy research and analysis, creation, implementation and evaluation, particularly using digital tactics.
  • You can communicate complex policy issues clearly and concisely, for a variety of audiences across a variety of channels.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage people, processes and funding to achieve an agreed goal to a high standard within deadlines.
  • You are committed to building a world where everyone thrives, everywhere.
  • Knowledge of, and a keen interest in, global gender, economic and climate justice is a must for this role
  • You have a relevant tertiary level qualification.

The role attracts a salary of $75,457 (or more dependent on experience).

This is a 12-month fixed term position to cover maternity leave, expected to begin Mid-April.
