We are seeking a VP / SVP of Professional Services to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.

As the VP / SVP Professional Services, you will play a critical role in starting, leading and overseeing the professional services division of Uplight. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage project implementations, and drive the growth and profitability of the professional services department. This role requires a visionary leader who can collaborate cross-functionally and grow/inspire a high-performing team. The role will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and report to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Salary Range: $200,000-$255,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
