Title: Third-Party Monitoring Coordinator (Port Sudan & Nairobi)

Location: Port Sudan & Nairobi
Travel: 20%

Sudanese Nationals, with at least two years of TPM experience are highly encouraged to apply for one position based in Port Sudan and Kenyan nationals for the position based in Nairobi.
This position is contingent on funding. Anticipated award date: July 2024
The Near East Foundation (NEF) looking for two (2) TPM Coordinators for a proposal to provide third-party monitoring (TPM), evaluation, and special services to support USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) programs in Sudan. The information and findings will be critical to ensure program learning and accountability which will also be useful for programmatic adjustments and future program design by USAID/BHA in Sudan. The project has the following objectives:
