We are looking for a Technical Presales Lead to join us on a permanent basis, based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide (with hybrid flexible model).
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sector knowledge and experience of client and case management while working with senior members of the Client and Case Management (CCM) Delivery team and Customer Engagement Team (CET). You will fulfil an important function in the CCM Delivery team by assisting Infoxchange to win new business and plan successful project solutions and projects. The role will facilitate the presales engagement with customers who are interested in deploying our CCM software from initial contact through to proposal sign off.

About the role
In this role you will apply a sound knowledge of CCM and the community services sector to understand an organisation’s program and service offerings and establish the suitability, size and scope of each opportunity. You will work closely with members of CET to bring new organisations onto CCM and to continuously improve the ability of Infoxchange to win new business. As such, this role is a significant revenue contributor to the Community Sector Product Services and Technology team for Infoxchange.
You will also work closely with the Delivery team to ensure that a customer’s high-level needs are understood and a proposal presented to a customer describe well-scoped and meaningful projects that fit the customer’s needs and capabilities. You will identify the appropriate starting point for an implementation based on customer needs and describe the scope, price and timeline inputs for the proposals before handing over to a project team to deliver the work.
