Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, the TA Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by working closely with the TA Team, Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR and third-party vendors as needed. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with a minimum of 1 year experience preferably in Talent Acquisition, ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, (i.e., creating Purchase Orders (PO’s), mining the applicant tracking system, assisting with co-op and intern hiring, data gathering for monthly reporting, organizing agenda items for weekly presentations, and working on projects as needed).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working with the TA team and Accounts Payable to create all TA related PO’s, pull and consolidate reports, follow up with vendors on invoices and process.
  • Work closely with the TA Managers to assist with mining candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for various roles as needed
  • Help roll out a formalized University Relations program and assist with all tasks related to co-ops and interns. Help build relationships with the universities, colleges, and technical schools, organizing school events, job postings, assist with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate offers, etc.
  • Providing reports, analysis, and data entry in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) as needed
  • Oversee the new hire Li-Cycle branded merchandise program, including reporting and tracking
  • Other TA Projects as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar field preferred or equivalent experience required
  • At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Familiarity navigating social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-life cycle, competency-based recruiting preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS, preferably Oracle
  • An ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
