Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will help candi to lead the revolution of solar. Given that candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking.
Specifically, the job requires an 80% focus on recruitment and a 20% focus on operations for the Indian team. The main responsibilities of the role would include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand the hiring plan and formulating Job Descriptions
- Implementing sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of resources from low cost channels
- Understanding the skills needed and identifying the target pool of candidates
- Posting jobs on portals, screening CVs from job portals, referrals, LinkedIn etc.
- Initial contact with shortlisted candidates (including the first round of interviews)
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and following up for feedback after the interviews
- Maintaining data, sharing reports with Department Heads on recruitment activity
- Negotiating salaries and benefits and rolling out offer letters
- Following up and keeping candidates engaged until the are onboarded
- Researching best recruitment practices and implementing them
- Regular industry mapping and presenting the insights to the People & Culture team and Country Lead
- Assisting in HR-related projects and activities on an ad-hoc basis
