As a Talent Acquisition Expert at INNIO Jenbacher, You will play a very important role by identifying motivated experts & leaders who want to become part of the INNIO success story -  actively contributing to the overall company targets and working closely with HR colleagues and managers across Europe.

In this role you will be responsible for:**

• Work closely with our hiring managers, senior recruiters and HR managers to define the framework for candidate searches
• Use, develop and extend various recruitment channels
• Actively source candidates using various channels (Linkedin & other platforms)
• Be the first point of contact for talents  – represent company & "sell the job”
• Stay on track with business & candidates on recruitment quality and identify process improvement .
• Find the best candidates possible, leave no stone unturned
• Interviewing candidates (by phone / online / in person)
• And the best part: meet them when they are not just prospective colleagues
• Learn full HR scope to be able to support local HR team as needed

Your profile:

• You have first-hand experience in recruitment either corporate or agency
• You are a confident interviewer, and you also like sourcing
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional language (e.g. German) is a plus
• You have advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• You have previous experience working with ATS (Jobvite / Workday) and sourcing platforms (e.g. Linkedin)
• You want to experience what it is like to work as part of a winning team, yet act independently but with the right support
