About the Internship

Integral is looking for a summer intern who is interested in helping rethink the way the Marketing department utilizes its CRM. This role will work directly with the Marketing Director to build client segments, document processes, and analyze data. A company CRM is an important piece to efficient Marketing and Business Development. This role will provide experience that can be drawn on for years into a career. Integral’s Marketing Department is looking for a talented and creative thinker to accomplish big goals in a short period of time. This individual will work with the brightest minds in environmental consulting and help make an impact on a business that makes an impact on the planet.

This Integral internship is designed to help bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace, strengthening the intern’s experience in project management, teamwork with diverse stakeholders, and delivering on the information and business development needs of a growing firm.

Responsibilities

As a marketing database intern, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:

• Organizing, segmenting, and analyzing CRM data
• Developing website forms
• Designing customer journeys for website visitors
• Work with Marketing team to document processes
• Collaborating with marketing team members and communicating clearly with Integral staff
• Ability to manage multiple projects and goals in a given week
• Willingness to make suggestions and ask questions for clarification

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having recently completed a bachelor’s or graduate degree
• Demonstrated experience with data management and databases
• Demonstrated experience with WordPress
• Proficiency with current MS Office products (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with graphic design is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
• Experience with or strong interest in landscape architecture rendering is a plus

Hourly pay rate: $24 - $28

Interns are eligible for company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance.
