SWCA Environmental Consultants is hiring a
SWCA is seeking a Senior ERP Business Application Analyst that will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Deltek Vision ERP system and SQL Server systems. In addition, you will participate in management of integrations related to Vision/VantagePoint, our Dayforce HRIS system, payroll and other related financial and database systems.
This person will be the technical lead on introducing new versions and updates and is the primary support point of contact with Deltek. Design, develop and provide enhancements for Deltek Vision/ Vantagepoint operations. Implements updates and changes to the service in accordance with SWCA Change Management Policy. Supports Marketing, Finance, Operations and Business Development in the creation of reports and data management.
Develops standards for data analysis, assists in the development of reports and provides summaries and feedback to management. Provides data validation and ensures data quality. Gains efficiencies by utilizing all areas and functions of the database. Works with various Corporate teams (Finance, Accounting, HR, Technology) to develop reporting standards and provide summaries and feedback to SWCA leaders. Works with system owners to ensure data accuracy and quality. Creates and/or defines workflow processes and customization of dashboards and reporting. Works with Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Marketing and Operations to implement reporting tools including Microsoft PowerBI and SSRS.Documents and develops technical process manuals. Troubleshoots and provides resolution to any issues within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. Provides Deltek technical support and training for all staff.Establishes and delivers continuous improvement to the company’s business applications and data. Contributes technical perspective to strategic business discussions and advocates for best practices.

An employee in this Phoenix based position can expect an annual salary of $83,200.00-$108,160.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
