We want you to join us as Social Media and Content Manager where you’ll have the opportunity to launch our social media and content plan. You’ll be the beating heart of, and chief storyteller to, our community of 1 million learners across the world.
You’ll put yourself out there, bringing the best of your creative self and your storytelling superpowers, to connect with our young global audience as they look to embark on their career.
Who are you?
You might have led social media and content for a start-up or side hustle, or a student society or team, or in your first job.
What are we excited about?
As a highly ambitious and fast growth start-up, your attitude, energy, creativity, ambition and general hustle are key.
You love storytelling, building a community, creating and executing a strategy and campaign.
You are a curious and constant learner who embraces experimentation and disruption, always striving for new and creative ways to tell stories.
What will you do?
You will work across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and social media management tools, and use creative tools like Canva, Adobe and Creative Suite. You will create, write, film and be filmed, you’ll be across all elements of the social media and content sides of the role.

A competitive salary of £30,000 – 33,000 per annum with 25 paid annual leave days, bank holidays and three additional days around Christmas. A comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) supporting you in your work/life and free access to the Headspace mindfulness mental health app.
