Service Demand Specialist

Introduce the role of “Service demand Planning specialist” in Denmark to align with other regions and introduce continuous Forecasting and Planning process for Planned maintenance. Moreover, the work scope preparation will be centralized in this role, to be the single interface between Forecast & Planning team and Field service Organization in DK.

The Service demand Planning specialist (SDPS) is responsible for Denmark Planned Maintenance Event forecast, work scope creation and Resources Demand VS capacity analysis. He/she will have both Global and local tasks listed below.

Global and Regional tasks:

Engine’s set up and maintenance:

• Engine Set-up, OP plan (Operating plan) maintenance
  • Operating plan (OP plan) implementation in “My Plant”, starting from OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) plan.
  • Operating plan (OP plan) implementation in “My Plant” for Not contractually covered engines. On demand from Sales for each offer requested.
  • Existing OP plan maintenance (add/remove/modify activities) including  "Last execution date"
• OPH (Operating Hours) management Activity Forecast
  • OPH monthly tracking and manual profile correction (CSA Non connected engines) to adjust OPH forecast to the actual trend
  • Engine’s OPH validation in My Plant to clean up spikes/Jumps and have reliable counter in My Plant

Event forecast:

• Event creation and management
  • "Forecasted" events creation in “My Plant” including Event ID and SR (quarterly rhythm)
  • Planned Maintenance (PM) Forecast refresh starting from Proposed event to Approved (Routine, Extended, Minor and Major Overhaul Maintenances)  #4 Quarter rolling ahead
  • Forecast of Not contractually covered engines’s (TX) opportunities thought SFDC Tool and Business intelligence (Sales team)
  • Commissioning SRs creation and planning/coordination (weekly meeting)
  • TOT YEAR PM (Planned maintenance) forecast refresh
• TX Event creation/ data management +Local support+Regional Key user activities
  • Local Technical support for TX work scope creation
  • Commissioning SRs creation and planning/coordination (weekly meeting)
  • Customer's and Plant’s data Maintenance in Oracle Install Base

Scope of Work (SOW) creation:

• PM (Planned maintenance) work scope creation
  • Extended, Minor and Major Overhaul maintenance’s Work scope creation in My plant (3 months before Outage start date)
    • Activities composition of the “scope of work” (SOW)
    • Recent unplanned check (to skip activities already done)
    • Fleet programs to be added to the SOW
    • Service productivity SPs (Service productivities) to be added to the SOW
  • Routines Work scope creation in My plant (1,5 months before Outage start date)
  • Activities composition of the “scope of work” (SOW)
  • Recent unplanned check, Fleet program and Service productivities to be added

Demand VS capacity analysis:

• Global Demand VS Capacity analysis for:
  • #4 Quarter Global Field Techniciants (FTs) demand Vs capacity …input for Hiring plan/Multi skills
• Regional Demand analysis
  • Local recurring meeting with DK Field Service Team for Overdue events
• Daily interactions with other Service demand Planning specialists (SDPS) in order to facilitate “Best practice sharing” across the regions and provide infra country mutual support for Forecast and Work scope creation

This position will be based in Jenbacher office in Denmark (Hinnerup) with up to 40% Home office possibility due to the nature of the role.
