SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources department. This person is a critical part of the success of SWCA’s national Talent Acquisition team and program who interacts on a daily basis with our national recruiters and hiring leaders to ensure recruitment success from requisition set-up through New Hire onboarding. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will need to be flexible in their ability to assist the overall HR group when needed. Someone who is adaptable, a creative problem solver, and able to anticipate their internal and external customers’ needs, will do well in this role. The position will report to our Phoenix Corporate SWCA location, however the work can be completed remotely from any location in the United States. This is a full-time, regular (with benefits) hourly position.

An employee in this position can expect an hourly rate between $25.75 and $33.75. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
