• Manage team of 5 in ensuring all Financial Statements are prepared accurately and on time for all Harlow and Quenington entities;
• Ensuring commentary on financial performance is completed to the required standard across all entities;
• Oversee the posting of manual journals by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
• All Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed, accurately and to time, using Blackline;
• One Stream certification by 4 pm on WD+3.
• Oversee completion of quarterly and annual forms for Group reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions
• To ensure the team are adopting a continuous improvement mindset to all relevant tasks and procedures;
• Liaise with local FP&A teams to ensure accuracy of data and timeliness of data submissions,
• To provide information to key stakeholders within the company, which is timely, relevant and accurate.
• To ensure entities compliance to Sarbanes Oxley and Accounting Standards are being followed in line with Xylem Corporate Policies.
• To Lead Internal and External Annual Audit processes and compliance reviews.
• To undertake any other ad hoc duties/projects as and when required to meet the varying demands of the business and to satisfy customer needs.
