Your main Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide independent HR support for Service team, based in Austria, that is part of Global Service Excellence Function, with multiple hierarchy levels
- Drive local Service functional agenda, with a focus on organization design, employee engagement, people development and performance management
- Closely partners with our HR competence centers in the areas of recruiting, payroll, C&B and HR operations
- Provides consulting and coaching for managers and employees with regards to all people management aspects
- Leads defined local and international HR projects, responding to HR and functional strategy
- Drives implementation of HR activities as well as operational HR issues
- Supports talent acquisition and team development actively assisting in change management processes
Your Qualifications:
- Successfully completed University/FH degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of business law, economics, or human resources
- Several years of professional experience in a dynamic HR position with numerous interfaces/stakeholders
- Confident demeanor and confident conversation skills at all hierarchical levels
- Experience in an international company, service orientation and proactive working style
- Enthusiastic team player who likes to help shape things
- Organizational skills and project management experience
- Ability to deal with conflicts paired with assertiveness, implementation skills and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
Nice to have:
- Very good knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Several years of experience in various HR positions with increasing areas of responsibility
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
