Senior HR Business Partner

One of our key players in our Nordic Team is moving on to a new exciting role within our company, therefore we are looking for an engaged, solution-oriented, and communicative HR professional as our new colleague.

This Senior HR Business Partner role is an exciting role with responsibility for enabling professional Business Partnering using key people management skills to our Nordic business (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland).

Working as a Senior HR Business Partner gives you a unique chance to learn about our work to develop new technologies that improve how water is used, conserved, and reused in the future.

You will work with a strong customer-focused approach and give guidance and support to managers and employees within the entire field of People experience.  You will have the responsibility to support Management Teams in Sweden and you will work closely with your HR colleagues within the same business unit in the Nordic countries.

You will be part of a diversified people-oriented team of a total of seven professionals, and you´ll be working in a fast-moving, global environment together with highly qualified colleagues from all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Works close with our people business managers and management teams in the Nordic region.
  • Provides guidance and clarity to the business, regarding how to work cross-functionally with People &Culture.
  • Acts as a tactical executer according to the Global Operating model, People policies and best practices.
  • Thrives Workforce Planning and People analytics.
  • Succeeds with Succession Planning, Talent Development, Career paths and Performance Management.
  • Guides and supports in total Rewards & recognition processes.
  • Key role in organizational and cultural changes, and negotiations with local unions.
  • Continuous improvements to simplify, improve and harmonize ways of working in people business processes for an excellent people experience through entire Employee Lifecycle.
  • Enables Leadership development and emphasizes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, one critical success factor for our business.

Qualifications

You’re a senior HR professional with a strong customer focus.

We believe you have experience from working in a global organization and independently drive your work forward, can build strong collaboration and create engagement.

You easily gain trust and have excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to cooperate, communicate and influence at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced industry and champion positive change.

To contribute to this role, you have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • A couple of years working experience in human resources.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization in a global setting.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of people management, labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent working knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development.
  • Ability to act independently and make decisions with a strong customer focused approach.
  • Change management skills and mindset
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Fluent both spoken and written in Swedish and English
