Instill’s mission is to transform teaching, learning, and leadership in every classroom on the African continent. We believe that the greatest levers for change in the education system are teachers and school leaders and have recently launched a game-changing mobile app (Upskill@Instill) that offers self-paced, bit-sized modules that help teachers address challenges in schools and classrooms immediately. More than 50,000 teachers in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria have already enrolled in our professional development modules and joined a pan-African community of peers and experts who provide support and feedback along the way. To support these teachers on their professional development journey, we’re looking for a Sales Intern: Upskill to join our small and growing team.

What does the role entail?
As an Upskill Sales Intern, you will work under the guidance of the Country Lead and complete tasks assigned which will mainly be; selling the Upskill App to schools in the Nairobi Metropolitan. You will be expected to conduct research, identify business opportunities with schools, manage email campaigns, generate sales leads, and make cold calls to schools all in support of the country team in meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for ensuring that new school clients have a positive experience when engaging with Instill Education products and services to help build customer loyalty and increase brand reputation.
