All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. Our program bases are located in the communities we serve, and staff members live in communal environments. Vaccination is required in all in-person work environments including program bases, offices, and team meetings. Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides relief to survivors of disasters. The position is full time and is responsible for the assessment and management of work queues to maintain smooth workflow and creating and maintaining relations between All Hands and Hearts and local beneficiaries.

Essential Functions
- Manage the field work queue including the intake of new beneficiaries, scheduling of new work sites, and management of program data on AHAH’s organizational database.
- Conduct, schedule and manage site assessments
- Seek out, build and maintain relationships with local NGOs and possible beneficiaries in the area, attend coordination meetings as required
- Work with Project Manager and Operations Manager to organize and manage transport and telecommunications for teams in the field
- Work with the Project Manager and Logistics Coordinator on procurement of construction supplies, tools, and materials for project sites.
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Coordinator with sourcing of local contractors, prioritizing the work queue, and the scheduling and timelines of work sites.
- Maintain accurate tracking systems of worksites completed and current progress
- Offer skilled troubleshooting on construction work sites
- We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all of our on program staff members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.

Position Requirements
- Education High School Diploma or equivalent
- Related Experience Must have a minimum of 1 year experience of construction logistics, 1 year of experience working or volunteering for AHAH, or another disaster response organization, and 1 year experience managing logistics/and or working in construction in a development setting.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Must be able to secure and maintain appropriate visas. Fluency in Polish required. Excellent written and oral communication skills (In Polish and English preferably). Driver’s license required. Confident working with Google suite, Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. The applicant needs to be well organized, detail-oriented and process driven.The applicant should have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate is $800-$1200 USD/ month, based on skills and experience.
