As a social enterprise, we aim to increase and improve employment opportunities for those on the autism spectrum by providing high-quality careers. In the process, we hope to shift perceptions by demonstrating the benefits of a neurodiverse workplace.

We are now looking for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in the UK.

What we offer

  • Permanent, full-time, based in London (partial remote working possible)
  • Salary range between £30,000 – 35,000 per annum, based on experience

What will you do?

  • Ownership of our recruitment system, posting and updating vacancies
  • Monitor responses to vacancies
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage vacancy-related meetings
  • Keep recruitment trackers and other data accurate and up to date
  • Pre-screen candidates for essential elements based on vacancy requirements
  • Manage communication with candidates, ensuring they have the best possible recruitment experience
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
  • Ensure a wholesome candidate experience

What you bring to the role

We are looking for someone with the following skills to join our incredible team in London.

Essential:

  • You have the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR role
  • Excellent administration skills - high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well organised and able to manage a high and sometimes complex workload, prioritising effectively
  • Confident to work with people with different communication styles
  • Leading auticon’s positioning as an attractive employer for autistic tech talents
  • Use of recruitment analytics and reporting to increase the effectiveness of our recruitment approach
  • Building a close network with our partners (universities, NHS diagnosing bodies, charities, etc.)
  • Passion to represent auticon at fairs and events
  • Ability to create engaging documents, such as job adverts and presentations
  • Ideas and suggestions for improvement
  • Desire to build a career in recruitment and talent management
  • Desire to build a career in recruitment and talent management
  • Understanding of main technologies and programming languages used in Data Science, or willingness to upskill in this area
  • Systems savvy: the role will work with a number of technical systems
  • You live within commuting distance to London

Desirable:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as BambooHR, BreezyHR
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Systems, Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Experience in working with, or understanding of autistic/otherwise neurodiverse people
  • Proficiency with online sourcing tools
