Responsibilities
- Quality and integrity oversights in N Asia by means of shadow social audits, KPI review and audit file checks, and other quality related works,
- Maintain and follow up regional quality log and work for root cause analysis together with feasible corrective actions,
- Communicate quality and integrity expectations to regional teams and organized corresponding trainings whenever needs,
- Handling complaints for any quality related concerns and perform thorough investigations,
- Grasp internal policies and procedures very well and support to maintain them accordingly,
- Support other quality and integrity projects or duties as assigned by team leader.
Qualifications
- With 2+ years of solid experiences in social compliance industry in supply chain, having experiences for quality assurance within the industry will be preferred,
- Strong integrity and credibility,
- Good command of English both oral and written,
- Detail oriented and good time management,
- Critical thinking, analytic and result driven,
- Independent working style and able to work in collaboration among teams,
- Good command of office software, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
- Ability to undertake frequent travel within the country for performing QA activities or projects
