QA Regional Associates will work closely with team supervisor for quality issues and uphold ELEVATE Code of Ethics within regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Quality and integrity oversights in N Asia by means of shadow social audits, KPI review and audit file checks, and other quality related works,
• Maintain and follow up regional quality log and work for root cause analysis together with feasible corrective actions,
• Communicate quality and integrity expectations to regional teams and organized corresponding trainings whenever needs,
• Handling complaints for any quality related concerns and perform thorough investigations,
• Grasp internal policies and procedures very well and support to maintain them accordingly,
• Support other quality and integrity projects or duties as assigned by team leader.

Qualifications

• With 2+ years of solid experiences in social compliance industry in supply chain, having experiences for quality assurance within the industry will be preferred,
• Strong integrity and credibility,
• Good command of English both oral and written,
• Detail oriented and good time management,
• Critical thinking, analytic and result driven,
• Independent working style and able to work in collaboration among teams,
• Good command of office software, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
• Ability to undertake frequent travel within the country for performing QA activities or projects
