What YOU will do:
Reporting to the Chief Operation Officer (COO), the Project Manager will champion project-related initiatives including approvals, statements of work, project charters, budgets, risks, policies and procedures. You will also oversee complete project management from initiation to closure for all assigned projects, including installation on farms, and communicate project progress to the COO. As the successful candidate, you will support Client-Partner communications, approvals, permits, schedules and budgets. You will develop and maintain relationships within our industry, the Client-Partners and other stakeholders. There will be lots to do, so this list is only an idea of what the role holds for you. Does this sound exciting? Keep reading below. If not, check back for other postings as we continue to grow our team.
Who YOU are:
You’ve seen our values, and they resonate with you. You have a proven track record of providing positive leadership and coordination of multi-disciplined projects. Your day-to-day work will require you to have a strong background and hands-on experience in handling multiple projects, and completing tasks both efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy in a time-sensitive environment. Your attention to detail will mean you won’t miss the small details, but you will know when to step out and take a look at the big picture – you see the value you bring to the organization and where you fit within it. We work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and this is where you thrive. You are willing to take on new challenges and roll up your sleeves as you help an amazing team grow.
As part of your education, you have a relevant degree; experience specializing in Mechanical or Controls Engineering is an added bonus. You have completed or are in the process of achieving the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. You possess the ability to communicate clearly, whether it is to your colleagues, to clients, partners or stakeholders – talking to people and getting your message across in a positive and collaborative way is a strength of yours. You have been managing projects in an Industrial setting for at least 3-5 years. You are a self-starter – able to problem solve as things come up, and you know when to escalate the issue to find a proper resolution. Flexibility and willingness for domestic travel.
Why you will love us:
We are a team in the truest sense of the word. As a group, we are looking to make a positive impact in our world, and are excited to have others join us. Each person we invite to join the team shares our values and will be able to provide specific skills to guide us in achieving our mission. We want to create a space where you can show up as you are – you can share with us, learn with us, and grow with us as a team.
