Job overview at a glance
ELEVATE is looking for a dynamic and instinctive individual to support a dual role. This person will spend approximately 50% of their time dedicated to one key customer in the food retail sector supporting their day to day administrative needs within their platform, social compliance audit process, and data accuracy of their system. The second half of this role is a broader system administrator across several customers to support users and various system improvements.
Responsibilities
Program Administrator (50-60%)
- Push and Pull information from the client’s supplier system into their responsible sourcing audit management system for audit scheduling and management.
- Ensures vendors and contacts are entered correctly in client audit platform
- Create vendor profile (also site profile in particular case) in system following processes defined by the SOP.
- Maintain the information in audit platform based on reports provided by the client.
- Create follow up audit requests according to the defined timeline & rating of previous initial/annual audit.
- Monitor progress of auditing and remediation efforts
- Ensure data cleanliness of the system.
- Inactivate and reactivate sites or vendors as per client request.
- Create, update or remove contact & user as required by the client, vendor or facility.
- Review audit report as per processes defined by the SOP
- Communicate with vendor or facility to update site information if found incorrect.
- Provide ad-hoc project support as discussed and agreed with the client
- Update system when there are scheduling related escalations from audit firm coordinators.
- Deliver escalations to client as needed
System Administrator (40-50%)
- Perform immediate support for system end users (both internal and external) for RizePoint and other systems as needed
- Diagnostic testing to pinpoint system challenges for RizePoint and other systems as needed
- Development support to ongoing and new projects including but not limited to: audit forms, system settings, notifications, enterprise intelligence reports, adding users and setting up the site framework for RizePoint and other systems as needed
- Develop tools to build upon and streamline processes for staff and clients
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for internal employees. Draft documentation, user guides, conduct trainings, etc.
- Implement internal processes for monitoring and supporting
- Create and provide regular updates and reports as and when necessary for internal employees and client.
- Provide training on RizePoint system processes for clients and internal staff
- Provide support in clarifying RizePoint system and client requirements
- Maintain awareness of RizePoint system changes/updates and help communicate those updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Occasional data entry support for assessment reporting, site configurations for RizePoint and other systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree level education
- Fluent in local language and English
- Ability to interact with customer in United States
- Solid IT skills and ability to think critically and troubleshoot situations
- 2+ years of experience, with experience in the Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance/Environmental arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and proactive
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment
- Worked with a system, acted as help desk in previous roles
