Who You Are:

As the Product Manager for our Partner Ops you will be responsible for the definition, prioritization, execution, and evaluation of features within our Partner Operations systems. You will also occupy the Product Owner role within our Partner Ops value stream, operating as the voice-of-the-partner to ensure that the cross-functional team are developing the right thing for the right user groups.

You will also operate outside of the agile development team, gathering insights from our partners and aligning internal stakeholders around your roadmap. You will be supported by the CPO who will provide a strategic direction and be a thought partner for the initiatives and features in your plan.

What You Will Do:

This role gives you the opportunity to:

• Make a real impact on the design and value proposition of our internal Partner operations systems and tools (ie: Scalable partner operations, Partner Onboarding, Product Catalog, Reporting,etc.) to support our expansion in the US;
• Explore some interesting features and develop your prioritization and problem-solving skills;
• Work with great people who are on a genuine mission to reduce food waste;
• Gain deep knowledge and insight within a difficult but rewarding problem space;
• Learn about sustainability and operational processes in the grocery industry;
• Make a genuinely positive impact on people’s lives in North America (and beyond!).

To be successful in this role:

• Thrived in a B2B / Enterprise, mobile-first product role and delivered delightful features at scale;
• Experience finding innovative solutions for real-world, user problems, aligned with the business needs of a rapidly scaling organization;
• Past success analyzing data (experience with SQL a bonus!), drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly;
• Technical depth that allows you to communicate with, understand, and earn the respect of engineers and data scientists;
• You know how to operate effectively as a Product Owner within an agile team;
• You enjoy ambiguity and can lead a team in an ambiguous environment;
• You can demonstrate leadership without having direct authority, particularly in a complex organization where communication skills are very important;

Nice To Have:

• Understanding of enterprise app release processes and relationship management;

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field;

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for a consumer product.
