The Role: Product Launch Engineer
As a Product Launch Engineer, you'll scale the current Structured Adsorbent Bed module and enclosure designs to high-volume manufacturing readiness. You'll be considered a technical expert and will provide guidance and mentorship to the cross functional and operations team members.

What Success looks like in this role
You'll apply design for manufacturing and design for assembly principals to the maturation of the structured adsorbent bed modules and enclosures.
You will work closely with the manufacturing engineering team and equipment supplier to progress the development of the high-volume manufacturing equipment and support the PFMEA activities.
You'll lead the launch activities in Production Part Approval Process, including identification and qualification of critical characteristics and control plans, internally and with suppliers.
You will work closely with suppliers, supply chain and supplier quality to define product requirements and assure DFM/A practices are implemented.
You progress the SAB product document set, including CAD models, drawings and specifications; DFMEA, DVP&R and supporting APQP related documents.
You develop, maintain, and improve processes for engineering change management, configuration management, product lifecycle management, and other business and office processes.
