This monumental undertaking requires thousands of producers across the U.S. to overcome significant barriers and change their current practices to work with nature, not against it.

Our Procurement team plays a major role in supporting the organization’s mission by procuring goods, services and equipment necessary for the achievement of organizational goals.  This work is crucial for us to gather the information necessary for farmers and ranchers to triumph over the barriers and ultimately benefit all of society through their efforts. We live to find new ways to communicate usable information so farmers and ranchers can leave their land better at sunset than at sunrise.

So, do you want to join us? We are looking for a Procurement Manager

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for all procurement, shipping/receiving and courier functions. This is key in helping Noble achieve its goal and share the story of regenerative land stewardship with farmers, ranchers, potential donors and society at large.

Your primary role will be guiding the organization in securing required materials and/or services consistent with quality requirements, at economically advantageous prices and deliveryThe work you do can play a part in making a difference in a producer’s operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

You will:

  • Maintain operational excellence and execution of procurement, shipping/receiving and courier functions through establishing deadlines for projects and assignments, providing routine follow-up, establishing back-up plans, practicing time management, adhering to data management protocols and ensuring a safe and collaborative work environment.

  • Coordinate, develop and implement procurement and shipping/receiving policies, procedures and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to establish best in class delivery of procurement services.

  • Collect and analyze statistical data for organizational efficiencies, budget planning and future acquisitions.

  • Guide all aspects of sourcing, buying and vendor/project management including negotiating procurement of goods, services and equipment, coordinating with legal counsel for review and/or development of contract provisions, consulting and supporting departments to ensure understanding of their procurement needs and directing the development and award of requests for quotes (RFQ’s) and requests for proposals (RFP’s).

  • Exhibit a customer service-focused approach in all interactions and tasks maintaining a collaborative working relationship with employees, customers, visitors and guests.

  • Represent Noble’s mission and values and care for the land and its improvements by supporting and contributing to the objectives of your team and its contribution to the goals of the organization.
