Process Improvement & Measurement Specialist

The Business Excellence – Process mining expert has two main responsibilities: Data analyst’s responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis and analytics to transform data into information and insight supporting business decisions. Data analyst specialist will develop reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements throughout the entire value chain. The Business Excellence – Process improvement responsibilities are to support the organization in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to enable optimal services to be delivered to our customers.

In this role your daily tasks will be:

• Interpreting trends in complex data sets, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing & new reports
• Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics
• Conduct root cause analysis in case of data discrepancy, system/report error or change in the trends
• Create, monitor, develop metrics and report business process performance against accepted standards and lead the monthly KPI calls
• Take the lead on the new KPI data/target creation in close cooperation with the business, support it with relevant data calculation when necessary
• Present findings and recommendations communicating these to sponsors and key stakeholders
• Support multiple projects, assist in development of staff and play a key role in influencing change within and across business units

Your profile:

• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI etc), databases (SQL etc)
• Knowledge of statistics (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Experienced level at queries, report writing and presenting
• Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence, 'can do' approach
• Good understanding of financial processes such as: AP, AR, Billing, Accounting to make an influance on business processes
• Working experience at corporate envorinment is an advantage
