The Role:  We are looking for a Pricing and Analytics Intern work with our team on various growth initiatives.   You will be assigned specific projects which are designed to add value to the organization while providing real world experience.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: In this role, you will act as an analyst and provide support for the following activities: Competitive pricing research, Pricing analysis and analytics support, Monthly reporting, Power BI Dashboard creation and support, forward looking indicator analysis / business forecasting and support of various projects.   This position will also support some Sales Operations projects.

This will be a 10 week internship position located near a Xylem facility based on the locations listed on the job posting.  Interns will also receive mentoring, training and tours of manufacturing and other key facilities..  Internship can grow into a full-time role, focusing on competitive pricing, macro indicator/market research, business forecasting, pricing reviews and analysis

The hourly rate for an intern is dependent on a variety of factors including major, year in school and geographic location. The average hourly rate for an intern is between $21.00 - $27.00/hour. Locations of internships will vary based on the specified project and function, and will either be on-site, hybrid or fully remote.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• Is attending an accredited University studying toward a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration, Finance  or related field.
• Has a strong sense of ownership and drive; a self-starter
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is comfortable engaging others and asking questions
• Proficient in Excel
