Founded in 1924, and still relevant today, Youth Guidance is a leading provider of outcomes-driven programs serving more than 11,000 youth and touching the lives of more than 14,000 youth, parents, teachers, and community members.
Our Post-secondary Success Coach is responsible for working with youth guidance alumni who are either scholarship recipients or participants in Project Prepare Blue, a postsecondary support program for opportunity youth who have graduated from youth guidance programs. The Postsecondary Success Coach supports the postsecondary endeavors of the students on their caseload by providing job readiness training, career counseling, and postsecondary support.

Our Post-secondary Success Coach has been equipped for this impactful work in education and training with at least:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant social service experience required
Experience providing career development or postsecondary supports to young adults
Experience developing trusting relationships with students, and coaching them toward goals
Our Post-secondary Success Coach exemplifies:
