People Operations Specialist

As the People Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to end, supporting new hires during their first 90 days, and connecting with business teams to provide human capital related support as needed, all while making a priority to always provide a stellar employee experience.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for both internal and external hires
• Help new hires get adjusted during their 1st 90 days at Proximity
• Collaborate with business teams to provide necessary HR related support and consultation that will help them better achieve business goals
• Promote Proximity’s employer brand as a great place to work
• Gather, manage, and share back key employee insights and feedback to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with and support other People Operations team members on an as needed basis

Must-Haves:

• Exposure to the recruitment process either through leading the process or participating as an interviewer
• Experience managing projects or complex processes
• Excellent digital literacy skills and ability to learn how to use new digital tools quickly
• Strong communicator and networker who thrives being around people
• Intermediate English language ability
• Ability to work comfortably with both quantitative and qualitative data
