We are currently looking for an Operational Finance Manager who will sit between central financial operations and those who deliver our programs in 15 locations globally. This role will be responsible for financial analysis and forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll, reporting and reconciliation. Success in this role means that GVI base operations around the globe run as effectively as possible from a financial perspective.
About you
You enjoy numbers, but also engaging with different people all over the world. You naturally look ahead, with the ability to proactively find solutions. You're exceptionally detail oriented, while still flexible. You have experience with budgeting, analysis, cash flow, and reporting.
What you’ll do with us
What you’ll need to be successful in this role
5+ years of experience in a role such as Finance Coordinator / Budgeting Coordinator / Finance Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication
Adaptability
The ability to operate effectively in a remote, global team environment
Exceptional attention to detail
A sense of humour
