In this role you will be responsible for:

• Execution and handling of Procurement processes compliant with INNIO’s Sourcing Policies
• Maintenance of supplier master data as well as initiation of new supplier onboarding workflows
• General Data maintenance and Administration & Cleaning of Data within our Procurement Purchasing System
• Supporting requests for quotation and verification of Purchasing Requests
• Releasing Purchase Orders to Suppliers
• Supporting the processing of open Invoices as well as initiation or correction measurements on invoices

Your profile:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), advanced German knowledge (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues and responsible stakeholders at our suppliers and partners
• Basic knowledge of Procurement Processes
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• First-hand experience with Oracle, SAP or another ERP system is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Team player mentality and passion for working in a dynamic team
• Curious, open, and creative nature with the ability to initiate process improvements
