So, do you want to join us? We are looking for an Online Learning Instructional Designer.

As the Online Learning Instructional Designer, you will apply your experience and expertise to help provide educational products that address real-world challenges facing farmers and ranchers.  You will unleash your talents by stewarding an online learning environment where we take complex agricultural issues and make them accessible and applicable for farmers and ranchers.

Your primary role will be to design online educational content, making regenerative ranching education available at any time and in any place. You will move these educational products through the development and implementation process, knowing that this critical role will ultimately make a direct difference in a producer’s operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

• Apply the principles of adult learning and instructional design to develop online learning content and associated metrics.

• Collaborate with team members from across the organization to provide a seamless, consistent customer journey and experience.

• Evaluate learning designs and iterate content to ensure it aligns with the learner’s needs.

• Emphasize customer feedback and data to make changes and update the learning product to meet the needs of the customer.

• Optimize the online learning program through documentation of educational outcomes and learning objectives that support learners in their journey to apply the principles of regenerative ranching successfully and profitably.
