Job Overview
The Officer, Philanthropic Partnerships will be responsible for engaging and cultivating relationships and soliciting individuals to be in support of and help fund the Alliance’s short- and long-term goals.
This individual will create and implement cultivation strategies for new and existing prospects, solicit a variety of philanthropic gifts, and strengthen the prospect pipeline for long-term revenue generation for the Alliance.
The Officer, Philanthropic Partnerships will report to the Director of Philanthropy as a part of the Development Department, which is responsible for inspiring individuals, corporations, and foundations to give their support. Internally, this position will be a Senior Manager or Deputy Director**, depending on a candidate’s qualifications and experience.**
We expect this individual to adhere to the Alliance’s hybrid work schedule, working both remotely and from our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA. We will consider remote employees who are not local to our office with the expectation that they will travel into the office occasionally.
