SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a talented Office Director to lead our Portland, Maine operation of approximately 15 staff. This candidate will bring unique people and organizational leadership to SWCA by championing the organizational culture, enabling excellence, and driving the talent strategy. Primary Duties include leading the strategic direction of the office, financial performance, business and client development, staff management, and technical quality, while ensuring the cross-collaboration and alignment needed to support the achievement of SWCA goals for our Porland, Maine office.
In addition, we are looking for business acumen- being able to apply knowledge of our business and marketplace to advance the organization’s goals, be able to develop our people to meet both their career goals as well as the organization’s goals, and to create a climate where people are motivated to bring their best work to help the organization to grow and prosper.

An employee in this Porland, ME-based position can expect a pay rate of $115,000/year to $150,000/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
