Position Summary: The National Implementation Manager will coordinate the Youth Guidance support required for school districts to achieve successful program implementation of EVOLVE. The National Implementation Manager will collaborate and coordinate with Evolve and Youth Guidance departments to provide ongoing support, ensuring EVOLVE is implemented with the highest level of fidelity. Through EVOLVE, Youth Guidance will train 3-5 school staff per school to facilitate EVOLVE Circles while also offering lighter touch training to all school staff on creating healing-centered schools.
