About the Opportunity
Ethos Urban is seeking an experienced National Bid Manager/Tender Manager to support our national services and sector based teams by bolstering our effort in this space with specialist experience and support. Nationally, we have six service discipline groups (design, economics, social strategy, engagement, project advisory and management and planning) and eight market based sector leads (residential, commercial, retail, health, education, industrial, transport and precincts). Our national service and sector leads work in a highly collaborative way across the business to win and deliver our projects. This role will work closely with all our national leads, as well as our broader Director cohort on our tenders and proposals.
Geared to grow this space, the role will provide a specialist skillset that manages the national tender/proposals cycle including our bid processes and collateral, collaborating with Project Directors and enabling technical consultants to focus their energy and expertise to “land the deal”. The role will focus on strategic decision makng, strengthening our collective intelligence, positioning, pitch, market opportunities and increasing the efficiencies in the way we work and bid for work.
The opportunity is open to applicants based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and to those who may be seeking to relocate to a new city. The ideal candidate is a roll-up your sleeves, initiative-taker, with experience working in a similar fast-paced professional services environment and an ability to multi-task across teams, projects and deliverables at any given time.
