All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. This position requires travel to our communal program bases which are located in the communities we serve. Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. The position is full-time and is responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis functions of the organization.

Essential Functions
- Strategic expense and revenue financial forecast models
- Work with each programs (our various “in the field” teams) to develop revenue and expense budgets, forecast, financial monitoring and reporting as well as contracts / fiscal relationships
- Grant application support in budget development and reporting
- Evolve reporting tools and process as necessary for the organization to operate more effectively
- Compliance of spending in line with donor intentions
- Work with CFO and Leadership Team to develop and manage organization financial plan throughout the year
- Support CFO with monthly Finance Committee update
- Support Leadership Team with various presentations and contents
- Ensure new managers/directors/Leadership Team member have proper understanding of their budgets and how to manage team's spending
- Prepare information from spending on programs and work with Accounting to record such in our financial records
- We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all off-program team members in in-person work environments including offices, team meetings, traveling to program, etc. must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.

Position Requirements
- Education Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Related Experience 2 to 4 years of related experience in a similar position. Prior experience with fund based non profit accounting and finance required.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills) and Salesforce. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Typical starting range: $40,500 - $43,625 USD, which will be based on skills and experience. Annual pay increases may be available, up to a salary maximum of $57,500 for U.S. based employees.
