ELEVATE is looking for a talented Accounts Manager as a key contributor on the Client outsourcing program in our Programs division

This position will support client to deliver their outsourced program, this individual required to work with brands, vendors, and factories globally and drive social compliance and sustainability initiatives. They will work in partnership with the Senior Manager and other teams to meet client expectation and execute against our SOW obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement assigned client programs on Compliance and Sustainability initiatives
  • Manage assigned client programs and involved in activities like onboarding new client, designing and planning program workflows, executing programs, monitoring KPI on quality and timeline and arranging regular performance review and driving continuous improvement
  • Support daily operation and collaborate with different internal teams to ensure service delivery quality and timeline
  • Improve overall program effectiveness and satisfy client expectation
  • Serve as the point of escalation of the Client
  • Document operational procedures in SOP and align across different internal teams to ensure the service quality of the deliverable
  • Identify opportunities proactively on company's products and services on assigned client programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese as well as Mandarin.

  • 3+ years of program/account management experience, and knowledge in Ethical Sourcing/ Labor Compliance/ Environmental arena either for a brand/ retailer or service provider will be a plus

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently

  • Good team player, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate “can-do” and flexible attitude

  • An energetic, efficient, motivated self-starter

  • Must possess strong work ethic and good client service skills to ensure effective and responsive client interaction (internal and external)

  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
