Solidarity Center is seeking expressions of interest for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join a project team for a U.S. government-funded program to support worker rights promotion in Uzbekistan. The position will be located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with an anticipated start in September/October 2022.
The M&E Officer will report to the Program Director for Solidarity Center’s Uzbekistan Project: Enhancing Transparency and Accountability in Uzbekistan’s Cotton Industry funded by the US Department of Labor, with support and guidance from the Solidarity Center’s field office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting activities. This will include designing and implementing M&E processes for project activities, complying with data reporting requirements, and drafting and submitting reports in a timely fashion. The position will ensure the standardized use of M&E tools and methodologies for the project. The M&E Officer will also ensure that project outcomes are evaluated using program data analysis to inform project decision-making. Some travel to visit project sites will be required.
