You are a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) with a desire to grow our practice in Massachusetts and surrounding New England area through your aptitude in people and project management, commitment to technical excellence and extensive site characterization, investigation, and remediation experience. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on the challenges of complex, interdisciplinary environment matters. You are experienced in conceptual site model development, emerging contaminants, data evaluation, contaminant fate and transport, and client communication.  You have an entrepreneurial attitude and enthusiasm for supporting business development and technical efforts to expand Integral’s market share. A lifelong learner, you want to keep growing intellectually and professionally. Collaborating with colleagues with diverse expertise is exciting for you, and you are also comfortable working independently. You effectively manage tasks and projects, overseeing and delegating technical tasks, producing high quality deliverables, and exceeding internal and external client expectations. You are highly detail oriented, organized, and timely.  You have broad experience communicating key concepts orally and in written form to the lay person, regulators, attorneys, and clients.  Quality management and integrity are among your strongest principles. About the Job

We are currently seeking a LSP for our Investigation and Remediation business area who is interested in being a leader and contributing to building, managing, and motivating teams pursing innovative and challenging projects, including the financial and technical evaluation, design, permitting, and construction stages. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, well-organized experienced individual who can provide technical and strategic leadership on client projects in Massachusetts as well as other state and federal jurisdictions. The candidate will have rich and varied experience in Massachusetts, been LSP of Record on at least four sites, have a high degree of technical competence, be able lead multidisciplinary teams, manage projects such that they are executed on time and accurately by the project team, and effectively communicate with clients, counsel, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a LSP, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:

  • Acting as LSP-of-Record for projects within Massachusetts
  • Identifying and obtaining opportunities to grow your practice as an LSP
  • Developing relationships and cross-selling Integral’s services to grow business for the company
  • Performing/supporting due diligence, remedial investigations and remedial action activities under federal and state- led regulatory programs
  • Managing tasks and projects
  • Communicating technical information to varied audiences (e.g., clients, staff, regulators, and stakeholders)
  • Writing technical and regulatory-required reports
  • Mentoring other staff

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, environmental or civil engineering, or related technical field; and hold a Licensed Site Professional certification.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • A Massachusetts LSP certification
  • Experience in project and client management
  • Demonstrated experience with business development
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to grow intellectually and professionally
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully within multidisciplinary and diverse teams
  • Up to date 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training Certification

Annual Salary Range: $105,000 - $160,000

An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary, company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company-match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability, paid sick leave (80 hours per year), paid vacation (determined by title at hire), paid holidays (9 days per year), and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be pro-rated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
