About the Job

At Integral, we are as committed to growing careers as we are to delivering sound technical solutions to meet today’s challenges in the health, environmental, and natural resource arenas.

The L&D intern will work alongside the Human Resources (HR) Manager to develop and launch Integral’s learning and development program. You will have an opportunity to share your creativity through training development and instructional design. You will curate a library of learning and development resources as well as partner with the HR Manager in the development of an educational curriculum.

This summer internship is designed to help bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. Remote applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

As an L&D intern, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:

• Compile a library of learning and development resources
• Create storyboards and materials to facilitate development of virtual training
• Assist with the creation and update of supplemental learning resources
• Aid in the development and delivery of training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
• Format materials to comply with Integral’s standard for excellence
• Collaborate in the creation and update of training materials
• Qualifications
• Candidates must be a recent graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, ideally in training and development, human resources, education, or instructional design
• Superb attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when writing
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationship with others
• Comfortability with receiving and giving feedback as well as having your work reviewed for quality control
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
• Possess strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers

Hourly pay rate: $24 - $28

Interns are eligible for company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance.
