This role will be focused on ensuring our desktop and office systems -- including computers, company systems, and online services -- are working correctly, enabling our European staff to function efficiently.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing B Corp focused on helping organizations around the world rise to the challenge of taking urgent action on climate change.

You will enjoy a flexible, hybrid-working pattern in this role, reporting to the IT Desktop Manager. This position is open to candidates based in or within commutable distance of our offices in Oslo, Norway.

You enjoy variety and are flexible and adaptable in your approach to how you handle tasks, capable of quickly assessing value to effectively prioritize.

You have great communication skills with an innate capacity to teach and explain concepts coherently, both verbally and in writing to a diverse and varied workforce.

In addition to a broad knowledge of technologies, you have the documentation skills necessary to compile how-tos and document common fixes concisely.

With this in mind, we believe the following experience will provide the best opportunity for success in this role, allowing for your own growth and personal development as we expand our 3Degrees community across Europe:
