Job overview at a glance

ELEVATE is looking for a senior, rigorous and solutions-oriented Knowledge Manager for our Advisory and Analytics products who will think and connect-the-dots across the full suite of ELEVATE solutions. The main focus includes our sustainability consulting practice areas of strategy / disclosure, supply chain, human rights and climate services and their respective use of our EiQ analytics and wider products. The Knowledge Manager, Advisory will work closely with both our Advisory team leaders as well as our Product and Analytics team on the roll-out of innovative and world class supply chain ESG services. This role will be instrumental in the capacity building, standardization and quality management of our Advisory services across each of the four key operating regions (Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America). The Knowledge Manager will be critical to ensure our Advisory team members can access and use the information they need for excellent delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the global knowledge management strategy and plan for the organization. Designs and establishes protocols that are used by the global knowledge management function
  • Prepares Advisory product overviews, tutorials, best practice case studies and maintains a high quality and up-to-date set of content for Advisory audiences
  • Places particular emphasis to (a) the connection of all ELEVATE products / services into program solutions that meet client requirements (b) the integration of EiQ data and analytics and (c) quality
  • Designs and roll-out a training and capacity building schedule for Advisory products and ELEVATE programs across different regions / business units together with internal teams
  • Sets up and runs knowledge sharing events including new joiner orientations and a calendar of training sessions for Advisory, Customer and supporting teams globally
  • Promotes collaborative internal knowledge sharing groups using Microsoft Teams and through workshops etc. to build robust and active communities of practice across regions
  • Monitors / evaluates the success of knowledge sharing activities alongside delivery and team engagement metrics. This includes oversight of global knowledge practices
  • Works effectively across the organization with stakeholders, delivery teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing Advisory products
  • Helps establish an organisational culture that promotes and supports knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Advisory, consulting, analytics and project management experience
  • Experience in environmental, social and governance issues in supply chains
  • Has good understanding of knowledge management principles and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Recognises the benefits and is skilled at collaborative working
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Efficient multi-tasker and able to coordinate people at all levels of an organisation
  • Capacity to work across different time zones / hold meetings outside of regular hours
  • Responds positively to pressure and working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
