In this role you will be responsible for:

• Identify, lead, and manage improvement projects and sub-projects within the Service Contract Management area
• Define execution strategies and project timelines to ensure a seamless execution of the project as well as continuously monitor and report progress
• Drive digitalization and automatization of processes in close collaboration with IT and Digital business
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders & actively manage change within the organization
• Ensure successful project implementation with regional service organization
• Create transparency of actual contract-portfolio / performance and  for line function activities (maintenance of contract-portfolio models in the relevant tool landscape like cost & performance-history, margin projections, price increases etc.)

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics and/technical field, or adequate job experience with strong economic background
• Experience working in a matrix organization with ability in communicating with senior level leaders
• Relevant project management experience with a strong focus on business processes
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), German additional knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications  ((advanced Excel user)
• Pro-active behaviour with a strong customer and service mindset
• Flexibility and ability to work well with deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Results oriented and deadline driven approach
