IR - Reporting Analyst

Summary of Role :

We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst within HR team in Dublin. This role will lead on reporting and data management, and we expect it to expand to cover implementing new systems and developing effective processes.

What you will do?

HR IT Systems

• Be a main ‘super user’ for the HR systems, and the point of contact for the system provider. Work to ensure the system remains fit for purpose, developing functionality, supporting new module rollout and opportunities for system enhancement, and work closely with line managers and other key HR system users to develop their knowledge and use of the system.
• Project manage the implementation and rollout of recruitment and performance management applications.
• Work with IT, HR Management and other key stakeholders to structure system requirements to enable development and procurement of technology for HR

Reporting and Data Management

• Develop and design dashboard reports aligned to KPIs

  • Work with the HR management to develop appropriate KPIs to measure business performance

• Set up standardised reporting within our systems turning insights and analysis into recommendations

• Manage requests for information, and create ad-hoc reports for the team, colleagues, and management as required.

• Establish data management best practice to collect, access and analyse data avoiding duplication and inaccuracy within and across systems.

  • Ensure we adhere to GDPR requirement
  • Proactively identify potential data issues (e.g. data quality or data privacy) and propose appropriate solutions

• Train members of HR on reporting and data management

Process Management

• Manage the annual performance management process and being the point of contact with regions for HR ‘operations’ queries. This will culminate in developing effective reports suitable for a range of stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation for calculation, implementing and communicating annual reward processes (and others as required).
• Administration & re-engineering of processes to support the HR Team, leveraging technology to drive efficiencies.
• Advocate and participate in continuous improvement efforts to assist in defining additional reporting and analytic requirements.

HR Governance

• Manage the HR governance requirements. This will initially involve tracking the HR Plan and managing HR meetings.

What we require?

Essential:

• Experience and understanding of other HR systems; including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Development, Learning.

• Good project management skills, including planning and implementation.

• Experience of implementing new IT systems and maintaining them.

• Experience of designing and developing dashboard reports for a range of stakeholders.

• Experience of data analysis/ manipulation/problem-solving.

• Experience and knowledge of creating HR metrics

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

• SharePoint and/or Bamboo HR superuser experience.

• Project Management accreditation e.g. Prince2.

• Experience of using data visualisation tools will be an advantage (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar). Experience of Process management.

• Experience in administration of IT systems / databases, including knowledge of SQL
