Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sustainability projects and initiatives across the entire procurement team
- Support execution of the sustainable procurement roadmap: collect relevant sustainability data, prepare supplier meetings, update trackers and supplier score, generate sustainability dialogue both externally and internally
- Support execution of supply chain resilience roadmap: continuously update risk objects, build & update map of second tier suppliers
- Sustainability data input, reconciliation, and aggregation on different data collection tools (Oracle, Excel, Scorecards etc.)
- Communicate with various stakeholders and teams, internally and externally, to deliver on the goals and sustainability roadmap
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or in a technical (e.g., Engineering) field. Sustainability topics, subjects etc. are a big plus
- Basic knowledge of sustainability regulations and main actors
- Ability to work in teams and independently, be proactive and have a structured work attitude
- “Fire in the belly” for sustainability topics – be a “Sustainability Ambassador”
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (in particular MS-Excel), previous experience with ERP tools is a plus
- English skills are a must, German is a plus
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.349,14 gross per month (x 14).
