Intern - International Recruiting

Location: Remote / Charleston, SC

Duration: This is a paid internship for summer of 2023. Target start is May/June 2023 with anticipated weekly hours of 15.

About Carbon Project Developer – C-Quest Capital (cquestcapital.com)

As the recruiting intern you will be immersed in the full cycle recruitment lifecycle, shadowing and learning from the Senior Recruiter. You will gain valuable practical work experience and work with international teams across the continents. Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Supporting the full cycle recruitment process.
• Drafting and posting jobs through the ATS and across global job sites.
• Reviewing candidate applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assisting with sourcing candidates.
• Assisting with drafting content for Linked In postings.
• Scheduling a high volume of phone screens and interviews across time zones.
• Drafting and sending communications to candidates, colleagues and hiring managers.
• Assist with collecting references.
• Assisting with ad hoc global recruiting projects.

Internship requirements:

• Must be enrolled in bachelor’s degree program in the third or final year of an accredited U.S University in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field of study.
• Ability to work successfully from home/work remotely.

The successful candidate will likely:

• Have an interest in international recruitment and the carbon finance, carbon neutral impact industry.
• Have initiative and an industrious work ethic to successfully complete their duties outside of the office.
• Be able to multitask with a high degree of organization and sharp attention to detail.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively in situations where there are cultural differences or language barriers.
• Work well in a team environment, both with colleagues and business stakeholders in an international, multicultural environment.

Supervision: The Intern will report to the recruitment lead.
