Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to strengthen our Human Resources team. This full-time role is located in our The Hague office, 5 days a week.
As HR Intern you will be assisting and supporting the HR team with daily administration in an effective and efficient manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Assisting with the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, planning assessments and case studies, filing and forwarding the results for review
- Assisting with requesting compliance checks, references and gathering the required documentations
On/Offboarding
- Assisting with New Hire Onboarding tasks
- Assisting with the administration of Induction, relocations, permits & 30% Ruling requirements
- Assisting with the planning of quarterly Induction sessions for all departments
- Assisting with Offboarding tasks of leavers
Administration
- Process invoices
- Schedule meetings
- Assisting with Leave & Training registrations on HR system (BambooHR)
- Monitoring the HR Inbox and forwarding emails to appropriate HR members for action
- Assisting with preparing general HR forms for staff and signing on DocuSign
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher vocational education (HBO) or Bachelor's degree student, preferably in human resources related area
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- High ability to plan, organize and work towards results
- Confident and able to work in fast pace dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and enjoys organizing
- Pro-active and service oriented
- Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to change
- Fluent English reading & writing. Fluent in Dutch is preferred
