What is the opportunity?
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will provide critical HR support to help expand the capacity and reach of the Water Mission Honduras HR department. This position will assist with full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, off-boarding, record keeping, compliance, and day-to-day customer service support for our staff. As Water Mission continues to grow, the responsibilities of this position may change and flex to adapt to the needs of the ministry. The incumbent needs to be flexible and comfortable with changing priorities and responsibilities. This full-time reports to the Human Resources Specialist and works in El Progreso, Honduras.

What is required?
Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Alignment with Water Mission’s Statement of Faith and core values of Love, Excellence, and Integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human Resources or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR or an HR-related field, preferably in a nonprofit or ministry.
Demonstrated a high level of integrity and excellent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
English fluency preferred.
Keen attention to detail.
Comprehensive computer skills, including all MS Office products.
A self-starter that takes initiative to complete tasks.
Home internet bandwidth strong enough to support video conferencing and other job-related responsibilities is required.
Legal authorization to work in Honduras without sponsorship.
Commitment to the values and mission of the organization and ending the global water crisis.
