The Role:
The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for supporting a variety of Human Resources functions for the organization, including recruiting and onboarding, benefits and compensation, policies and procedures, learning management and professional development, and culture and engagement. This individual will report to the Human Resources Senior Manager as a part of the growing Operations Department, which is responsible for ensuring that the Alliance has the people, processes, and platforms to optimize organizational health and achieve our mission. This position may be a ‘Senior Associate’ depending on a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
We expect this individual to adhere to the Alliance’s hybrid work schedule, working both remotely and from our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
