ELEVATE is looking for a Human Resources Officer who will support HR Business Partner in overseeing headcounts in all business units global and perform all rounded HR Officer’s duties in terms of recruitment, compensation & benefit and staff engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner in managing the global headcounts in full employee life cycle including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefit, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement etc.
• Provide a full spectrum of HR generalist duties including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment process, payroll administration, medical enrolment and termination and handling staff enquires.
• Assist to work closely with payroll vendors on data consolidation and checking across multiple countries.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ hands-on HR all-rounded experience gained from MNCs, regional exposure is preferred.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented are required
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
• Immediate available is preferred
• Less experience can consider in the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
